Egg,oat meal, nuts,seed butter.

Though you have heard about losing weight without exercise but that's the choice of least motivated and the laziest people, don't do that with yourself and your body
Where workout can get you a perfect body shape , loosing extra calories along with the perfect diet plans helps you losing weight even faster and regulate your hormones to stabilize your mood
Exercise also helps you deal with your cardiovascular problems and hyperlipidemia.
The best way to loss weight is through aerobic exercises _such as walk at every evening _ for at least 30 mins a day other exercises include jumping a rope, push ups and pull ups, planks , squats and whatever can burn your extra fats from the body
